About this property

Imagine looking at some of the most beautiful sunsets Oklahoma has to offer from the porch of this home! Turn down the long driveway and note the privacy this property offers. The home is 2 stories with 2 bedrooms that have an open floor plan upstairs and a master bedroom downstairs. The living area is very beautiful with a wood-burning stove. The Kitchen has lots of cabinets and space big enough for a formal dining set. Enjoy all the windows that allow lots of sunlight and an easy view of the pasture. The covered porch is waiting for those family barbecue gatherings. The attached two-car garage offers safe and easy access into the home without even getting wet on those rainy days. Looking toward the west of the home, you will see a nice-sized barn, approx. 26 X 30. This barn offers plenty of storage and workspace. Imagine your new tractor setting in this tall barn, ready to go! The Seller also added a loafing shed on each side of the barn to work cattle, sheep, or whatever you desire, and also room enough to add a chicken pen. Farm living the life for you, then don't walk, but run and see this home soon!
