About this property

Your garden is growing, the chickens are settled in, and Owasso is still just a short drive away. Set on approximately 2.4 acres, this updated farmhouse offers approximately 2,400 square feet (App) of living space and a flexible game room. The remodeled kitchen features inset cabinetry, a butler’s pantry, and a 48-inch Italian range, while hardwood floors and a wood-burning fireplace bring warmth to the living spaces. Step onto the large covered deck and take in the land you can make your own: raised garden beds, fruit trees, a chicken coop and run, a pig pen, and fenced paddocks for goats or sheep. A bridge crosses the creek to the wooded portion of the property, and the second, detached garage includes an approximately 250-square-foot heated and cooled office for work or hobbies. Country living with room to grow and the convenience of the city close by.
