About this property

This property is shaped by a mix of large native-grass pastures, timber, and rolling ground across its 49.96± acres. Much of the open ground sits along the higher portions of the property, where the pastures are bordered and broken by timber. From the high ground, the terrain gradually works its way toward a wooded canyon in the northwest portion of the tract, creating a noticeable change in elevation and giving the property a sense of depth as you move through it. The combination of larger pastures, rolling terrain, and timber gives the property plenty of variation while keeping much of the ground accessible and usable.
The property is reached by a roughly 1,000-foot private drive connecting to E. Seward Road. The shared drive continues through the center of the property to serve land to the north, while also providing access through much of the tract. Electric runs along Seward Road. Cattle have previously been run on the property, the majority of the perimeter fencing is already established, and the pastures could continue to support livestock. Whitetail deer and other wildlife use the property as well. The 2025 Logan County wildfire passed through this ground, and its mark can still be seen in portions of the timber. Native grasses have returned, surviving trees are producing new growth, and the land continues to recover with each season.
