Kathleen W. Davis

Kathy Davis has been a dedicated real estate professional since 2006, serving Bryan, Atoka, Marshall, Choctaw, and Johnston counties. With a strong background in business, she owned and operated four Sonic Drive-In franchises across Oklahoma and Texas while also managing her own small ranch.

Kathy brings valuable experience to her real estate clients, with a particular focus on agricultural properties. As part of Team Davis, she and her husband, Jimmy, were VanMeter Realty's Top Sales Producers for 10 consecutive years. She has served on the Texoma Board of Realtors, reflecting her commitment to the industry and her clients. Kathy also currently serves on the Texas Thoroughbred Association Board of Directors and is President of the Paddock Foundation, a branch of the Thoroughbred Association that helps support retired racehorses. She and Jimmy previously owned Davis Bloodstock, traveling the country brokering thoroughbreds for clients.

Outside of work, Kathy enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren, as well as reading and traveling.
